I have been a full time Realtor since 1981 and have been through many different and volatile markets. Each market holds it own set of challenges, and that is what I strive to help each and every customer through.

In 1985, I co-founded Laguna Pacific Realty, and we grew the company into one of Southern California's premier real estate companies. As the years passed, I found myself less interested in ownership, as the responsibilities of managing an office got in the way of my personal business.

In 1999, we were approached by three seperate real estate powerhouses who wanted to purchase our operation. After much negotiation, we agreed to an offer from Prudential California Realty, and I have never been happier (except with my wife and my family!) Since that moment, I have been free to devote 100% of my time to my personal customers.

I have a strong commitment to giving back to the community and business that have helped me raise my family. As such, I have been an encore donor for the Red Cross and helped start the Laguna Beach Neighborhood Watch corporation which has helped to make our community a much safer place to live. I have also served on that board of directors from 1981 through today. I have also volunteered as a driver for the Meals-On-Wheels program which delivers meals to local residents who are unable to shop and cook for themselves.

I have served on countless committees for the Laguna Board of Realtors and chaired many of them over the years. I served as President of the Laguna Board of Realtors on three different years. I also served as a Director for the California Association of Realtors, which required me to travel all over the state to attend and vote on issues facing our industry.

I serve on the Southern Califonia Multiple Listing board of directors which is responsible to over 60,000 Realtors in Southen California.

I was selected as "Realtor of the Year" by my peers on two different occasions.

I love my job helping customers with their real estate needs, but when I do take time off, I can be found on the golf course (currently a 12.5 index), or having fun with my wife of 23 years and our two grown sons who are in college.
